Emotion-Focused Therapy

Through EFT, I guide clients to explore and understand their emotions more deeply, helping them process difficult feelings, improve self-awareness, and strengthen relationships.

Accelerated Resolution Thereapy

This targeted, evidence-based approach helps clients reprocess trauma and painful memories more efficiently. ART can bring relief from anxiety, grief, and past emotional wounds in fewer sessions than traditional therapy.

CBT/DBT

I helps clients build healthier thought patterns, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping strategies using CBT and DBT techniques. These methods are especially helpful for managing anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.

Mindfulness & Compassion

In sessions, I often incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion work—helping clients slow down, manage stress, and approach personal growth with more kindness toward themselves.

NeuroFeedback Training

I use neurofeedback to support brain regulation, helping clients manage anxiety, focus challenges, and emotional dysregulation. This gentle method promotes clarity, calm, and emotional balance.
